Fully Online: Fully online programs allows you to study when and where you like. There are no scheduled classes, so students work with their professors through UOTP’s digital learning platform. This is great for those who like maximum independence and flexibility.

Once-a-Week on Campus: While still allowing for flexibility, the hybrid option requires students to attend class with their professors once-a-week. This helps build interpersonal communication and collaboration skills along with working through digital platforms.

Working class time into your busy schedule is easy. Our classes can be taken on Saturdays, or two evenings a week. It is possible to earn up to nine credits every eight weeks. With the appropriate prerequisites, you may earn a Bachelor of Science degree in two years. And all the credits earned in our degree programs include a perfect balance of theory and practical application courses.

Receive a No-cost Transferring Credit Evaluation from UOTP

When transferring from another school, University of the Potomac may be able to accept up to 84 semester hours toward your bachelor’s degree program. Or, if you’ve already earned your associate degree, University of the Potomac may accept of up to 60 semester hours for students who have completed associate degrees.

Our combination of online and on campus courses offers much needed flexibility to students who must honor other commitments while simultaneously pursuing an education. Prior to enrollment, students are assigned a personal admissions advisor who is knowledgeable in assisting, guiding, and advising students to ensure a successful college experience. Graduates will be empowered with both the knowledge and skills required to work as IT managers or cyber security specialists in U.S. business organizations and government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and international entities.
