The Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) continues Bentley’s long tradition of training analytics professionals at the graduate level, providing the valuable tools needed to succeed in this emerging field. Bentley's Business Analytics Program Ranks #12 Among Top Big Data Grad Programs Value Colleges has ranked the Top 50 Residential Big Data Graduate Programs of 2016 and Bentley's Master of Science in Business Analytics program holds a spot at number 12. Value Colleges chooses top programs by examining Payscale's College Salary Report, U.S. News and World Report Rankings and cost. Companies use big data to learn more about their customers and their needs. Researchers in the health care industry, for example, have been able to track disease patterns, organize patient information, and determine the best treatments. The program effectively integrates technology into the curriculum to give graduates a competitive edge in the job market. Our world-class Hughey Center for Financial Services is well equipped with state-of-the-art hardware, access to best-of-breed databases, and simulation software programs — all of which enable a mastery of the tools and techniques used in the industry today. The program offers two paths to choose from: a finance path and a quantitative finance path (STEM-designated). Developed in collaboration with the corporate community, the Master of Finance degree at the Bentley Graduate Business School integrates mathematics, economics, accounting, and associated disciplines with the theories and applications of finance. In addition to gaining a firm foothold in financial theory, students develop the ability to analyze the relevant issues, consider options, and make informed decisions. Much like today’s workplace, the master's in finance curriculum is infused with technology which gives graduates a competitive edge in the job market. This program imparts current technical knowledge of information systems as the field is reshaped by IT-enabled business processes, web technologies, distributed architectures, new infrastructure standards, and advances in mobile computing. The Master of Information Technology degree at the Bentley Graduate Business School prepares professionals for careers that call for integrating information systems knowledge with a strong understanding of the global business environment. Bentley's Master of Information Technology degree is a STEM-designated program that requires the completion of 30 credits (10 courses of 3 credits each).
