The mission is what defines our reason for being, our purpose and its basic objective to achieve the goals of the various interest groups that surround us: Train managers and professionals in the sports sector, under strict criteria of quality, innovation, entrepreneurship, and clear international vision.
Our vision is the image we have of UNISPORT long term, we want to be or remain higher: leader training group in the international sports market-oriented value creation for sport and society, and especially for our students and employees.
Our values are our soul. In the background is our way of doing things, what we believe and what we print in all our actions: Effort, rigor, entrepreneurship, sustainability, continuous improvement, international vision and equal opportunity.
Sport and has no boundaries. Technology, television, internet, sponsorships, events, sports tourism ... are just some of the factors that have contributed to the globalization of the sport in the last decade.
Clubs and leagues no longer compete only on a national level: In February 2013, for example, clubs Inglés Premier League agreed to a cap increase in the wages of their respective templates for the following three years. Given the incipient buying clubs by foreign billionaires this measure aims to reduce the threat of a wage escalation. No doubt this decision, taken in London, will have its effect on football clubs across Europe.
At other times, a model imported from other countries such as the case of Low Cost Business gyms, you can shake an entire industry.
These are just some examples of a reality that any sporting manager can not ignore.
In Unisport we are members of the NASSM (North American Society for Sport Management) and EASM (European Association for Sport Management) and try to keep abreast of everything that happens in the global sports market, analyzing the possible implications for the competitiveness of sector in Spain.
All our students are subscribed to magazines like Sport Business International, promoting reflection on the most relevant issues and the global vision of the sports industry.
This view has its greatest exponent in the technical stays abroad, our students have the opportunity to meet sports systems other than Spanish, visit unique sporting facilities or attend events and meetings with top-level speakers.
