Start-up in 2017, by professionals with outstanding experience in the training sector; of long trajectory in the educational sector in the main companies that offer services to companies for the incorporation of Talent.

Its founder, Ana Ocaña , contributes the Expertise in these programs after the experience over almost 10 years in the development and execution of private and subsidized training programs with commitment to recruitment in training schools. (Programs for Microsoft, Sage, SopraSteria, Concatel, Dominion, Aitana, Innova, Tecnocom, among many others).

Thanks to associations, public bodies and their sponsors have consolidated this new Talent Institute to train junior and senior professionals in the new technological skills before joining the job. All of the training programs of the TM Institute are associated with training programs with a commitment to hire both at the private and subsidized levels.

The long-term specialized Masters or Packs with hiring commitment that are part of the talent programs consist of economic aid to the students for the training and that the sponsors privately subsidize, or, from the administrations or state public entities or autonomic offer to companies these subsidies associated with employability.

Institute of Talent Management manages training programs with commitment to recruitment for students and professionals through a pre-selection process that assesses their CV and refers companies to assess their qualifications and knowledge according to each training program.
