High-Quality GSOM Facilities
GSOM is currently located in two complexes in the center of St. Petersburg (a building at Pereulok Dekabristov, 16 and a complex of 2 buildings at Volkhovsky Pereulok 1-3). Both locations have very good facilities for teaching and research, however, the complex at Volkhovskoy pereulok is a truly world-class quality accommodation. It was achieved through a full-scale renovation of a historic building to conveniently integrate modern auditoriums, a library, and IT facilities into the historical palace-type buildings of the late XVIII – early XIX centuries. The complex was opened in two stages (July 2002 and November 2006). IT resources at the GSOM are at the state-of-the-art level and widely used in the educational and research processes.
