Audencia Business School

Introduction

Founded in 1900, Audencia Business School is one of the best management schools in Europe.

The EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA international accreditations added to the positive evaluation by AERES (the French agency that rates research and higher education) underline a commitment to teaching excellence.

Its programs are regularly ranked among the world’s best by The Financial Times and The Economist. The school’s vision of teaching is based on three key principles that give sense to our actions: global responsibility, entrepreneurship and cultural awareness of which the dual competencies approach and an international spirit of openness are the most emblematic examples.

In 2004, Audencia Nantes became the first French management school to adhere to the United Nations’ Global Compact. The school then participated in the UN’s definition of its PRME (Principles of Responsible Management Education). Audencia Nantes has also signed a strategic partnership with the WWF-France. Thanks largely to the activity of its incubator which each year houses newly launched entrepreneurial projects the school is active in the field of company creation. With its logic of dual competencies, the school continues to strengthen actions begun with an initial accord signed with the Ecole Centrale de Nantes for educating engineer-managers. Today, Audencia Nantes offers diverse study tracks that combine management and other disciplines (architecture, fine arts, law, and political science).
