The Université du Québec à Rimouski (UQAR) has awarded nearly 42,000 degrees since its creation in 1969. In addition to its campus Rimouski and Lévis, UQAR offers of university education across the East-du-Québec, Chaudière-Appalaches region to the Gaspésie-Iles-de-la- Madeleine, through the Haute-Côte-Nord and Manicouagan.
