Introduction

The University of New Brunswick Saint John's Faculty of Business is where professors actually know your name.

We strive to get to know our students and engage them in unique opportunities that are right for their career development. We are a small, friendly and dedicated faculty with a mission to enhance your understanding of the world in which you live and work, and to enable you to make a significant difference in your community. We want our students to be successful in whatever endeavours they choose to pursue.

Our students have opportunities to do and try things here that they may never get a chance to do on a larger campus. Students have presented papers at conferences with their professors, hosted a local radio show, written for the student newspaper, served on the Saint John Board of Trade and interacted with some of the most influential and inspirational people in our city and Province.

We bring real-world experience right into our classrooms

Of course, our faculty members are smart but they are also real people who bring a wealth of practical knowledge to their teaching style. Surf through the faculty profiles and see the talent that exists amongst our team.

We have an entrepreneur who teaches Small Business Strategy, a lawyer/chartered accountant who teaches Finance and Business Law and an ICT expert who challenges students to incorporate new technologies into their assignments through blog-based learning journals and utilizing Google Docs in their reports.
