Students on this study programme will be provided with knowledge, skills, and qualifications to work on more complex levels of engineering. It will prepare them with excellent foundations for experimental development in the electronics-engineering field within industry and scientific organisations. They will learn the modelling of electronics and control systems, and understand the principles of circular economy.

Programme is focused to provide the modern knowledge from the electrical energy systems engineering and related fields, necessary for specialists developing modern electric power systems, to develop ability to apply the knowledge professionally. Students will gain special knowledge in electrical energy system engineering, necessary for application of modern technologies and independent development of new products and services, and to perform applied researches in electric power system engineering area. To develop the abilities to creatively apply of theoretical knowledge and scientific investigation results, and to improve professional competence during whole life learning.

KTU master’s study program in Electronics Engineering is one of its kind in Lithuania. It is based on the use of theoretical knowledge at the systemic level, the application of contemporary methods to design hardware/software architectures, and on research-based development of the most advanced technological solutions in close cooperation with industry.
