The general objective of the master’s degree program Business management in a European context is, in addition to deepening the knowledge in the field of undergraduate management of the faculty acquired during the undergraduate studies, the development of analytical and scientific research capacity in order to substantiate business decisions, as well as the acquisition of knowledge necessary for their implementation in the environment.

The program addresses the current needs of the economic higher education system through a teaching process oriented towards the labor market that this highly influenced by changes and new requirements regarding the skills that graduates require. It offers the organizational framework to develop competencies for the identification and exploitation of international business opportunities. The main objectives that this Master's program seeks to achieve can be summarized as follows: Appropriation and deepening of concepts, theories and methodology specific to the Department of International Management. At the same time, the master's program aims to deepen knowledge among students through DAAD, ERASMUS and ROTARY scholarships, but also to prepare them professionally for developing the necessary practical skills in German-speaking companies.

Specialization BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - gives master students knowledge and skills on the Romanian business environment and their compatibility with good European and international practices in the field.
