The two-year internationally-oriented and demanding Master's degree programme centres on your personal and specialist development. Alongside the demanding main subject studies, the research and entrepreneurship components offer both support and a challenge, enabling students to establish themselves in the world of music with their specific individual qualities.

After graduating from this Master's degree programme, you will be awarded a Master of Music certificate. This programme has been accredited with the qualification ‘good’ by the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO).

If you have completed a Bachelor of Music degree, you can take an entrance examination for the Master of Music programme (Classical Music or Jazz), which will allow you to improve your career prospects and broaden your musical horizon.

Before you can take the entrance examination for the two-year full-time Master of Music in Classical Music or Jazz (120 ECs), you need to check whether you have the right prior education. You need to have at least:

a Bachelor's degree in Music, or attained a comparable level by other means, tailored to the requirements of the programme;

all non-EU applicants must meet the English 

 for the Master of Music programme. If you cannot provide proof of your English language skills, e.g. a certificate, please contact the examination office for more information or a language test. Applicants who do not meet the English language requirements cannot be admitted.
