Special Pedagogy - Autism Spectrum

Studies in the Autism Spectrum specialization prepare students for therapeutic and educational work with children and adolescents with autism. The aim of the studies is to develop competences in the field of early diagnostic and therapeutic intervention for children with autism, the ability to plan educational, revalidation and rehabilitation work with children and adolescents from the ASD spectrum, including the development of individual educational and therapeutic programs at all educational levels.

Graduates of this specialization are qualified to conduct classes in kindergartens and in all types of schools, as well as in school and educational centers, as teachers supporting work with children with autism, Asperger's syndrome (autism spectrum). During their studies, students acquire multi-faceted and multi-profile knowledge about the issues of people with disabilities, chronic diseases or social maladjustment.
