Wright Graduate University

Introduction

At Wright Graduate University, personalized learning doesn’t just mean small classes: you experience an integrated approach to education that lets you apply your studies to your most pressing challenges, earning credit as you lead your life and business.

We believe a pragmatic education is more valuable than a prestigious one–and recent research confirms this. If you’re going to invest in a degree or certificate, it should do more than check a box to earn you a credential. It should address the skills that make the difference between average and star performers, and between short-term gains and sustainable results.

At Wright, you experience what you study, receiving coaching to apply the methodologies to your own development, making you an authentic guide to those you lead and coach. The Wright approach gives you doable, bite-size daily challenges that you can implement anywhere in your career and life.

Wright faculty are scholar-practitioners – business owners, consultants, entrepreneurs, and coaches – who have brought together the most effective learning methodologies from their thirty years of research and leadership development practice with high performers.

Each program features a core curriculum of transformational leadership, giving you practical experiences of personal leadership (self-awareness and development), one-on-one leadership (coaching), and group facilitation and training from day one of your program.

This transdisciplinary approach dives deep into both new and historic research in business, philosophy, psychology, educational methodology, and neuroscience, giving you the tools to understand what universally drives and motivates human beings.

If you are ready to challenge yourself to discover new ways of thinking and operating in your life and career every day to tap your potential in your career, your relationships, and the dreams and goals that matter most to you, Wright Graduate University is the right education for you.
