Develop expertise in a number of specialist areas through a broad offer of electives and hands-on boot camps, and by choosing your own in-company project. For students, highly interested in Human resources, we also offer the optional European HRM exchange.
Curriculum
Programme Content
In the first part of the programme, you'll get a broad view of all management domains. Starting with a crash course on management essentials, you then move on to the core subjects. This ensures that everyone, regardless of their study background, masters the basic concepts. Throughout the different modules, you'll be faced with numerous action-learning challenges and personal development exercises.
The international trip will take you to Istanbul, Turkey. Through company visits and hands-on assignments, you'll experience how business is done in different cultures. In the second part of the programme, you'll have the opportunity to tailor your curriculum through a broad range of electives, boot camps and a two-month consultancy project.
