Introduction
The purpose of the educational program: Training of highly qualified, competitive, integrated into the national, European and world professional space law enforcement professionals, able to solve complex problems and problems in law enforcement, protection of human rights and freedoms, crime prevention, public safety and order during practical work or in the learning process, involving the application of theories and methods of law enforcement, systems analysis and planning of operations, forecasting, optimization and decision-making and is characterized by complexity and uncertainty of conditions and requirements.
Characteristics of the educational program - Subject area: Activities in the field of human rights and freedoms, civil protection, prevention and combating cross-border organized crime, the basics of combating corruption, combating terrorism, state border protection, providing administrative services that require special services methods, techniques, and technologies of law enforcement, as well as a systematic approach to solving problems of public safety and order.
The program is focused on acquiring professional (special) theoretical and practical components through the study of a wide range of disciplines, including through the prism of regional specifics. The special geographical location of the Transcarpathian region, which borders the 4 countries of the European Union (Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Poland), and the complication of the crime complex in the Transcarpathian region necessitated the training of specialists in public security and law enforcement. Combating cross-border organized crime, protecting the state border, and protecting the population from emergencies.
