Introduction
The aim of the Master's Degree in Zootechnical Engineering is to enable students who, supported by a solid background in mathematics, chemistry, physics and animal biological systems, to develop advanced skills in design, design, technical direction, management, assessment, , teaching and scientific research in the various strands / disciplines of intensive and non-intensive animal production and their integrated approach to the basic processes of transformation and quality control of animal products and breeding animals for leisure and company purposes. We aim to achieve these objectives in a demanding framework of ethical standards and up-to-date scientific knowledge, in line with the quality required for a second cycle of university studies, giving support and importance to the professional performance of future Masters in a business perspective that generates wealth with knowledge that is both rational in the management of natural resources.
