Introduction
We aim to educate future business leaders on real-life projects stimulating a teamwork learning approach. We bring real-life situations into class and create on-site training in the form of projects and real-time collaboration. More than half of the professors and lecturers are from abroad, either as hosting professors or professionals. We provide our students with a challenging environment that tries to answer the most critical issues, which appear in the current business world. IMB Programme has been successfully collaborating with the business world. Many forms of collaborations have been developed like real-life projects, on-site training and guest lectures.

Curriculum
The curriculum of the IMB programme is organized into 6 thematic modules with classes from Monday to Friday, in the morning as well as in the afternoon. Class attendance and participation are mandatory. Students’ knowledge is assessed based on exams and project assignments.
IMB Programme is based on the principle “from general to specific”:
- We begin by developing tools for the analysis of the company’s environment.
- Then we move on to discussing separate areas of managers’ work.
- Next is the integration of acquired knowledge and
- Orientation toward research regarding various problems in the processes of change and internationalization of Organisations.
In her/his thesis student demonstrates her/his ability to independently approach and solve a concrete problem by using knowledge acquired during prior course stages.

Statistics show that over 94% of all IMB students find a job in three months after finishing the programme. The exact career progression facts are visible on FT's website The International Master Programme in Business and Organisation is designed in such a way that it provides students the opportunity to gain the experience of working on real-life business projects, on which they can show their competencies and talents to potential employers.
Furthermore, the social capital gain is systemized in the Alumni IMB, where students can get access to more than 1000 business people, who also attended the IMB programme via social activities, professional activities and especially, the internal mentorship programme in which a student is assigned to a mentor concerning his or her individual interests and career ambitions.
Many employment opportunities can emerge when still studying at the IMB Programme.
Nevertheless, the IMB study programme and Alumni IMB strongly sponsor and value the professional, social and personal competencies that students gain through the IMB programme. The demand for recruiting IMB students is often addressed to the IMB Programme Director or the Alumni IMB association. Students with the required profiles are recommended for a job post.
The majority of the IMB students find a job in successful Slovene companies, as well as their representatives abroad or in multinational companies. A respectful number of previous IMB students also decided on a lucrative entrepreneurial career.
