What you will study

Our MSc International Corporate Finance will enable you to understand the rapidly changing financial market conditions around the world.

With an emphasis on international corporate finance and corporate governance practices, we’ll give you an understanding of the econometric techniques involved in international corporate finance. You’ll get the opportunity to empirically investigate theories and phenomena under the guidance of our experienced academics.

Academic year structure

The taught modules, 'Cases in International Finance' and ‘Ethics in Finance’ are taught from June to July.

The University operates a credit framework for all taught programmes based on a 15-credit tariff. Modules can be either 15, 30, 45 or 60 credits, and additionally for some masters dissertations, 90 credits.
