The general purpose of this Specialization is to prepare law operators to carry out a competent professional practice. This purpose, which results in the strengthening of the supreme values of legal order and security, translates into the following objectives:
Deepen the knowledge and skills necessary for the preparation of notarial documents.
Strengthen training for problem-solving in the field of law, both private and public, favoring the best implementation of intersubjective legal relationships.
Develop skills for the critical evaluation of existing legal theories and the development of new postulates that allow the adaptation of national positive law to current requirements.
