Tourism is changing and operators need innovative competencies to manage this challenging situation. Hospitality organizations, intended as all the operators that host and offer services to guests in a specific destination, understand the importance of destination management and marketing and search for managers with a multidisciplinary perspective able to solve problems and develop innovative strategies.
Therefore, the objective of the course is to prepare HSTD graduates to work as managers, entrepreneurs, and consultants in private and public organizations of the tourism sector, at the national and international levels, with a special focus on sustainability.
