Introduction

The Business Computing graduate study lasts two years, i.e. four semesters (120 ECTS ). Upon completion of the graduate study, students acquire the academic degree of Master in Computer Engineering (mag.ing.comp.)

The course of Business Computing qualifies students for various jobs in numerous areas of computing and information technology: industry, computer and communication companies, education and the service sector. Analyses have shown that in Croatia and many other countries, there is a shortage of well-educated graduates in the field of computing and information technology. Taking this fact into consideration emphasises the challenge of making the Croatian economy competitive.

The availability of teachers with a extensive experience in practical work together with the provision of lectures in small groups ensures an individual approach to each student. A number of optional courses and seminars enable each student to focus on the field of the study in which he shows the greatest interest.
