Introduction
Education in the field of photography in a practical dimension takes place in seven photography studios and as part of semester technical workshop classes (studio photography, digital image editing, classic and hybrid photography processes, working with a large-format camera, multimedia portfolio).
Artistic and workshop practice is supplemented with theoretical classes such as history and theory of photography, history of art, issues of contemporary art, photography in exhibitions and galleries, copyright, etc. There is a winter and summer examination session in each year of study. In the last year of studies, the student prepares a diploma thesis in a selected photography studio. The student proposes the topic of the work and, together with the supervisor, determines the problematic, artistic or design scope of the practical diploma.
