Introduction

Master's Degree in Strategic Security Management

Security and policing constitute one of the primary social and political concerns of recent decades, and interest in this subject continues to grow. The University of Barcelona, in cooperation with the Institute of Public Security of Catalonia, offers this master's degree program to prepare professionals to perform strategic management tasks in the areas of security and the police. The course provides students with advanced, specialized, multidisciplinary training that will allow them to acquire up-to-date and reasoned understanding of the services, techniques and national and international issues associated with security in today's world.
