Introduction
Mixed research and professional master's degree with content that promotes, on the one hand, training in skills related to research and, on the other hand, trains specialists in the design, implementation and evaluation of Training, both in school and work contexts and professionals.
The master's degree has a mixed character: researcher and professional. In the first place, it promotes training in skills linked to research to continue with a doctorate in the various lines of research opened in the departments of Didactics and School Organization and Research Methods and diagnosis in education.
Secondly, the master's degree is aimed at training specialists in Training both in school contexts and in all work and professional contexts in which education professionals currently carry out their functions (companies, town halls, consultancies, public administrations, research centers , technology centers, unions, civil organizations and associations, etc.). The curricular structure establishes 2 semesters and adopts a modular program with the idea of offering training as integrated as possible and an interdisciplinary vision of the world of training (needs, strategies, resources, models...).
