Introduction
This is an inter-university Master's degree that is taught in collaboration with the universities of A Coruña and Vigo. Its main objective is the training of professionals specialized in the characterization, conservation and management of terrestrial biodiversity, who, after completing their studies, will be able to enter the labor market (both in the public administration with competences in the matter, as well as in environmental consultancies or through the self-employment).
The Master's has a fundamentally practical nature with which it is intended that students master all those tools that may be necessary in the future. This orientation is new within the Spanish university system because, to this day, there are no other titles that share it. At the same time, the acquisition of this knowledge can also be extremely useful for all students who are interested in later doing doctoral studies.
