Introduction

The Postgraduate Degree in Project Management offers reference academic training, with a deep orientation to market needs, through mastery of the main models and techniques associated with the “state of the art” in project management and evaluation. Based on the latest trends in project management, this program will provide participants with the necessary knowledge, also allowing professionals with accumulated experience in the role to consolidate and deepen their knowledge. The Postgraduate course is oriented towards the standardization of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and covers the different methods and techniques suitable for good Project Management through references to good practices. With this training completed, participants will be able to apply to obtain the PMP® (Project Management Professional) certificate from PMI® (Project Management Institute), which guarantees the attribution of knowledge of the product or project that will be carried out and the flow that this should take follow.
