Introduction
The Master in Human Resources Management aims to prepare the student to respond to challenges in the ability to recruit, retain and train employees who are motivated and committed to their work, who identify with the organization's mission and objectives, ensuring that HR policies and business goals are aligned.
This program provides students with fundamental skills of the Human Resources function by addressing topics such as: strategic management of human resources, behaviors and attitudes at work, and organizational performance.
It also allows close contact with the business world through the HR week, an exclusive event for students of the Universidade Europeia , seminars, workshops and study visits.
