- Be able to manage the digital transformation of the organization in a transversal way, identifying synergies and opportunities for improvement between its different components.

- Analyze the emerging best practices of Industry 4.0, including disruptive technologies, data science, artificial intelligence, additive production and printing, robotics, Internet of Things and Blockchain.
- Analyze the ecosystem of digital technologies and their combination, to obtain all their resulting potential, in particular on how innovation is necessary in the digital transformation process.
- Evaluate the behavior of the new digital customer and adapt to this new situation by applying new strategies and tactics for digital customer acquisition, conversion and loyalty.
- Evaluate the implications of digital transformation on people, being aware of the new figure of the leader in terms of their cultural and emotional intelligence, with a focus on the possibilities of digitalization in the field of Talent and HR of the company.
