Introduction

This Official Master's Degree, which constitutes the main activity of the Jean Monnet Center of Excellence " Immigration and Human Rights at European External Borders - Migration and Human Rights in Europe's External Borders" , is presented as an official bilingual postgraduate degree (English / Spanish ) to address two intertwined and highly topical aspects of contemporary international society: international relations in a globalized and changing world, and international migration, which is one of the most controversial and complex aspects of national internal policies and the foreign action of States and International Organizations, marked by respect for the Fundamental Rights of people of any nationality. It stands, therefore, as the only Official Degree in Andalusia that converges the generality of International and European Studies and the specialization in Immigration and Human Rights, in an ideal geographical environment such as the Province of Cádiz and the Strait of Gibraltar.

The Master's Degree in International Relations and Migrations - Master in International Relations and Migrations (International and European Studies) contemplates a certain international legal specialization, which nevertheless covers an enormously wide professional range in public and private sectors. In addition, it is oriented towards the specialized training of students with a special interest in continuing their professional and academic training from an internationalist perspective, since it will allow graduates from different branches to choose a specialization aimed at job opportunities linked to both Organizations, Institutions International, International Organizations (diplomacy, officials of national Administrations, experts, agents and international officials), such as international Spanish Administrations and NGOs specialized in the field of international migration and Human Rights, as well as other private sector entities (companies , Think tanks) that carry out activities related to these matters. Likewise, there is a growing field of professional advice on visa, immigration and foreign matters in law firms, and in consultancies and agencies in social, tax and labor matters for foreign residents in Spain and in all the countries around us.
