Master of Art

The Master's in Art is aimed at professionals from various disciplines who seek to deepen and broaden their knowledge regarding the phenomenon of art, its analysis, promotion and dissemination.

In the same way, the postgraduate course seeks to update and stimulate the generation of reflections on the state of the art and its implications in current ways of life. It is an important option for those interested in giving meaning, from an academic point of view, to the artistic activity assumed as one of the most complex cultural manifestations, which will allow generating novel explanations, enriching debates and eventually contributing to the understanding of ourselves as subjects and as a social group.

Train professionals capable of designing, implementing and evaluating artistic production, management and education projects, based on the analysis of art and culture, with the purpose of improving their professional performance.

Requirements to obtain the degree

• Accredit all the subjects and activities indicated in the study plan.
• Obtain a minimum overall grade point average of 8.0.
• Present and defend the degree work in a public degree exam and pass it in a timely manner, as established in the Postgraduate Manual of Guidelines and Procedures for the Preparation of Thesis and Practical Work and in accordance with the General Teaching Regulations.
• Submit an academic report guided by the Academic Council according to the graduation profile and level of the program related to the professional stay carried out in a public (or private) institution.
