Introduction
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Train human resources capable of designing, applying and analyzing knowledge and methodologies, to contribute to the evaluation of real estate, companies in operation and investment projects in the region and in the country, with current value criteria that provide support to solve problems derived from growth of the market of tangible and intangible goods, through a solid and comprehensive training, with a positive attitude and open to change, with a social commitment that allows them to compete in the national and international market.

GRADUATE PROFILE
The graduate of the Master in Valuation will obtain the following knowledge, skills, attitudes and values:
Knowledge about:
- Valuation theories.
- Techniques and methods for valuation.
- Measurement, representation and systematization instruments of the phenomena involved in your projects and research that you should use.
- He will have knowledge of financial engineering and administrative and accounting processes.
- Basic research methods and procedures and their application.
- Statistical techniques applied to valuation.
- Skills for:
- Solve problems in an original and creative way in professional, work and daily life.

- Analyze and diagnose the problem under study and develop solutions and/or value judgments.

- Investigate, quantify, model and evaluate valuation phenomena.

- Carry out advisory and consultancy tasks.

- Design projects related to valuation.
- Value tangible and intangible assets and develop and analyze investment projects in the region and in the country, using objective methodologies and updated technologies.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Comply with the provisions of the current General Teaching Regulations.
- Pass the institutional exam.
- Pass the basic knowledge test.
- Obtain a favorable result of the personal interview with the Council

- Demonstrate understanding of a second language.
PERMANENCE REQUIREMENTS
Regarding the requirements for the permanence of the students in the master's program, everything will be adjusted to what is established in the General Teaching Regulations.

To obtain the degree of Master in Valuation, the provisions of the General Teaching Regulations will be complied with.
