Introduction
The Master's program in Human Resources Management aims to prepare professionals in two dimensions at the domain level, the first with subjects concerning the key aspects of personnel administration, from normative approaches, the attraction and retention of human talent within the company, as well as the organizational behavior and the design of the administrative processes. The second dimension aims to take the participants to a level of mastery in strategic issues, in order to empower and develop human talent within the organization and for the benefit of the community and the country.
Graduate-level professionals with a clear understanding of its scope as a key factor in the organization, capable of implementing strategies to select, develop and retain the ideal personnel to achieve organizational objectives, who know and master the relationships with the personnel and in their case with the unions, that dominates the administration of wages and salaries, as well as the policies to be implemented that ensure the processes and design of structures required by the mission and objectives of the company, as well as the adult training tools, with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement performance evaluation programs, as well as human and organizational development programs that provide added value to the staff and organizations in which they serve.
