Introduction
Graduates of this specialty may administer, design, plan and evaluate service programs related to the personal and social development of individuals, families and communities to improve the quality of life of society. In addition, they will develop leadership skills that will allow them to organize the communities and thus become agents of social change. They may participate effectively and efficiently in public policy formulation processes. They will know strategies for fundraising, preparation and administration of proposals for the operationalization of programmatic objectives and goals.
