Propaedeutics, Progressivity and Connections between teachings
No preparatory constraints have been established for the Single Cycle Master's Degree Course in Law as the structure of the individual training courses is defined according to a scientific, methodological and temporal sequence that corresponds to the logic of preparatory courses. In some cases, however, the teachers have suggested in the teaching program - purely indicatively - some useful and functional propaedeutics for a progressive, integrated and complete training.
The distribution of teachings over the 5 years is structured to ensure progressive knowledge. The training progression is strictly related to the articulation of the teachings for each individual year and with respect to the entire training course. Progressivity concerns not only the training contents but also the approach and analysis methodologies.
In the 6 training courses the teachings are "common" but all, with respect to the profile of the courses, have their own specificity both in the name, in the contents and in the analysis methodologies. Each of the training courses guarantees a specific connection and interrelationship between the teachings with the aim of creating real and functional conditions for an integrated and systemic approach to the different peculiarities of the courses themselves.
Compilation of study plan
To obtain the qualification, the student must acquire 300 CFU, by passing or validating the exams (both those compulsorily included in the plan and those chosen by the student), foreign language proficiency, further training activities and final test.
To complete the study plan, the student must choose the “optional choice” exams and/or the “student chosen” exams. After identifying them, the student must communicate them. so that they are included in his booklet.
The student can include extra exams and training activities in his/her study plan (over and above the 300 required for the achievement of the single-cycle master's degree in Law), without prejudice to the fact that the qualification can only be achieved upon completion of the chosen study plan. .
