Introduction
Master in Management (MIM) caters to graduates who possess at least a year of working experience, and it facilitates graduates in securing management-related jobs. This program prepares the students for managerial positions in business organizations and provides leadership expertise in managing organizational change and development to bring value to the organization.
MIM curriculum comprises courses and seminars on personal development and leadership traits. The case studies provide helpful insights into how a person in a leadership position solves management problems while managing the team and the organization.
