Introduction
The MSc Human Resource Management degree at Norwich Business School provides a sound foundation in theories, concepts and practice relevant to HRM in the context of human capital and competencies in dynamic international markets.
With the globalisation of world markets, human resource management is cutting across geographical boundaries, this programme prepares graduates to be able to face that challenge and associated complexity. Its overall aim is to develop the next generation of international human resource managers who can thrive in the highly diverse and volatile environment, where global firms are capitalising on their people to develop long-lasting competitive advantage.
The degree is suited to the needs of UK and non-UK students alike, and has been designed to meet the needs of graduates who have not previously specialised in human resource management.

The course has a number of features that make it attractive to prospective students and to employers seeking to recruit their next generation of HRM managers:

Entry Requirements
- Degree Subject: All subjects excluding Business (unless studied in a non-UK context)
- Degree Classification: Good 2.2 or equivalent
Entry Requirement
Applicants should normally have a good first degree from a recognised higher education institution in the UK or overseas in disciplines other than business or management. Applicants from overseas may hold a non-UK degree in any discipline.
It is normal for undergraduate students to apply for entry to postgraduate programmes in their final year of study. Applicants who have not yet been awarded a degree may be offered a place conditional on their attaining a particular class of degree.
