The Master in International Management (MIM) is a full-time degree over two years, entirely taught in English and designed for International and French university graduates. This degree has been EFMD-accredited since 2008.
An EFMD-accredited programme
The TSM Master in International Management is an EFMD-accredited programme.
Students who graduated from this EFMD-accredited programme or are about to join are assured of the best international standards in terms of training and recognition on the job market.
The EFMD accreditation is the most thorough programme accreditation system for business and management programmes that have an international perspective. It covers all facets of programme provision: from its institutional, national and international environment, through its design, delivery, outcomes and impacts, to its quality assurance processes. It particularly emphasises academic rigour, practical relevance, internationalisation, ethics and sustainability.
What to expect?
- The Master offers high quality teaching from internationally renowned professors, a truly multicultural work environment with students coming from all over the world, and close relationships with the business world thanks to strong partnerships built over ten years.
- Students from 35 nationalities have graduated and constituted a vivid network of more than 300 alumni, since the beginning of this master programme.
- The Master 2 in International Management is a full-time degree, training junior managers ready to deal with cross-cultural management situations and strategic decision-making in an international context.
- The program brings together a highly international student group.
- The second year builds on the foundations acquired during the first year and puts the emphasis on the development of professional skills and competencies by training students to apply their knowledge to concrete international business situations.
- The complementarity between academic and practical insights is central during the second year.
On completion of the degree, you will be able to:
- Discuss international business situations and issues;
- Apply theoretical and conceptual elements to the analysis of international business situations;
- Use methodological tools and frameworks in business analysis and development;
- Design relevant recommendations on international business situations based on methodological tools and frameworks;
- Comprehend different ways in which international business affects society and the environment;
- Communicate clearly and efficiently both in written and oral modes;
- Operate in a multicultural environment (negotiate, manage, lead)

The Master 2 in International Management builds on the foundation courses of the first year and offers courses on major business administration topics on an advanced and more specialized level.
The M2 puts the emphasis on direct links with the professional world by offering a significant number of courses taught by practitioners and by giving students the opportunity to work on 3-month consulting assignments.

Are you an international student who wants to join TSM? The Eiffel Scholarship can make your plans financially sustainable. The Eiffel programme provides merit-based scholarships to foreign students who wish to study in France for a Master's.
To get the scholarship, you must able to apply directly to TSM. Our school will then send the pre-selected applications to Campus France. You will not be able to apply directly to Campus France.
