Introduction

Telecom Paris trains high-potential engineers to design digital models, technologies and solutions that serve society and economy mindful of people and the environment.

A multidisciplinary approach

The MSc in Engineering at Telecom Paris offers a multidisciplinary and comprehensive training program covering the entire digital spectrum. Our training is based on scientific excellence in mathematics, physics and computer science. But it goes much further, offering a global approach to digital engineering that includes science and technology, economics, sociology, law and the environment.

Telecom Paris' unique education is immersed in research and in constant contact with its economic and technological partners. It fosters innovation, entrepreneurship and international skills through a truly hands-on approach.

A 2 to 3 year program

International students from non-partner universities can follow either a 24-month Master of Science in Engineering program (2nd and 3rd years of the curriculum) or a 36-month full MSc in Engineering program. The 24-month engineering program at Telecom Paris is taught in either English or French, depending on the specialization chosen. The first year of our 36-month program is taught in French.

A highly customized program

During the first year, students take mandatory core science courses as well as electives in languages, business and social sciences, soft skills, and humanities.

In the 2nd year, students can choose 2 tracks from 14 disciplines, 6 of which are taught entirely in English.

The 3rd year includes

-A one-semester focus on a specialization or the option to apply to one of our selective master's programs at Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IP Paris) or one of our partner universities. In the latter case, you will receive a degree from both Telecom Paris and either IP Paris or the partner university.

-A 6-month paid internship in a company or laboratory in France.
