Introduction
Lead innovative practices in a rapidly evolving industry
Your MAM at a glance
The foundation of your Master program is established by a collection of general management courses. A further five specialized courses make up your chosen major in Sustainable Hospitality Management. The traditional Master thesis is replaced by our Sustainability Consulting Project in collaboration with a client organization, where you will act as a sustainability consultant and consolidate your findings with an in-depth report and presentation.
Your course content is delivered by a faculty of high-level academic experts who hold extensive practical experience to combine theory and application. The underlying academic core concepts are blended with professional projects with industry partners, as well as guest lectures and site visits. This program seeks to develop your self-awareness, intercultural skills, conflict resolution and creative thinking, alongside numerous networking opportunities with global companies and international organizations.
As a Master student, you also have the opportunity to participate in an optional experiential camp, designed for you to experience sustainable practice in a new culture and learn from industry innovators and leaders in the destination.
At the end of the program, you can decide to extend your academic journey with an optional second year to earn valuable work experience through an internship or entry-level job in Switzerland or Italy, according to your campus.
