Introduction
According to the results of the vacancies analysis, the largest number of vacancies for process engineers are opened at companies of the radio-electronic complex, chemical production, and in the machine-building industry. However, in Russia, companies in the microelectronic industry solve issues related to personnel shortages by working directly with universities, through mechanisms for attracting students to practice or implementing targeted training. At the same time, the analysis of vacancies on the international labor market, including both vacancies of researchers and vacancies of production specialists, shows an ultra-high demand for specialists of this profile.

Career Opportunities
Taking into account the international nature of the program and the focus on the implementation of research activities, training for leading industrial partners is not a priority goal of this educational program, however, it is planned to attract industrial partners of the structural department in order to provide students with bases of practices and the formation of tasks base for project activities. Among the partner companies planned to attract for the implementation of the educational program, these should be noted: GS Nanotech (Kaliningrad), Guardian Glass (Krasny Sulin), etc. In addition, the most successful students will be employed as researchers in the Laboratory of Functional Materials Technology in order to gain additional experience by participating in the implementation of scientific research on priority topics.
