Introduction
The Master in Music Education degree allows students to develop further and synthesize skills and attributes of an effective classroom teacher, music administrator, and leader in the profession. The instruction course is designed to use students’ current level of experience, knowledge, and skill as a foundation for deeper study and understanding.
The Master of Music Education degree can be completed online in four semesters and one summer, enabling teachers to continue their current occupation while earning their graduate degree. Summer courses are scheduled on Southeastern’s main campus in Durant, OK.
