Introduction
The Master of Arts in Management programme is for managers who wish to pursue studies at a higher level by adding a specialisation. Students build on their knowledge from the work environment and previous learning, whilst developing a critical theoretical perspective which will inform their own developing Management practice.
No Pre-Master Required
To follow this master, there is no pre-master required.
Joined Programme With The Saxion MBA
During the Master of Arts in Management, you will advance your knowledge of Management and Business Administration and develop strategic thinking. This master is an overall joined programme with the Master of Business Administration also offered at Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
Co-operation With The University Of Greenwich
This master's programme is in co-operation with the University of Greenwich. Upon graduation, you will obtain an internationally recognised British Degree; the Master of Arts in Management.
Course Content
Next to knowledge extension in the field of a.o. financial management, general management and human resource management, the programme enables you to improve your personal performance. For example the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, using a broad range of media. Curiosity and the need to acquire knowledge are basic conditions for successful participation.

- Developing awareness of current issues in business and understanding of organizations, their place in the business world, and how they are managed
- Providing awareness of current issues in business and management that is informed by leading-edge research and practice in the field
- Improving to acquisition and analysis of data to evaluate their relevance and validity
- Developing your ability to apply relevant knowledge to a range of complex situations, taking into account how this relates to other areas of the business or organization.

- * Officially the Research Methods course is part of the Business Project. Hence, credits are only awarded after finishing the entire Business Project.
