Introduction
Economics and communication for management and innovation is a multi-disciplinary programme specifically based on the needs of enterprises and Confindustria, the main Italian Association of Entrepreneurs. The program is based on enterprise science, digital communications and applied computer science.
The objective is to train professionals who will be able to meet the multi-disciplinary requirements of modern enterprise, extending the traditional curricula of single-faculty programmes and moulding economics, computer science and social sciences. The programme will provide students with skills in enterprise communications, innovation process management skills, and enterprise strategies and tools for innovative and international contexts.

Learning outcomes
The master's degree course aims to train future managers of public and private companies capable of dealing with highly topical issues and sources of new professionalism with familiarity with a specific approach strictly inherent to the character of a master's degree in business economics.
Master's graduates in 'Economics and communication for management and innovation' must:
- Have in-depth knowledge in the fields of business management, economics, law, and the mathematical-statistical field to be able to deal with the complex issues relating to business management with particular attention to innovative issues, increasingly present within companies
- Have knowledge available regarding business management and management activities, specifically in connection with the complex internationalization activity of companies on the market
- Possess strong skills in coordinating, organizing, and managing relationships and communication processes
- Possess adequate methodological knowledge for the development and use of tools for the collection and analysis of data regarding the needs, opinions, and behaviors of companies
- Possess specific knowledge regarding the concrete exploitation of technological innovation within companies
The professional figures that we aim to create with the master's degree course in 'Economics and communication for management and innovation' are:
- Systemic and coherent approach concerning the issues relating to the corporate implementation of European regulations relating to certification quality of the production system
- In-depth vision regarding the application of technology at both public administration and private context levels
The training course includes an initial semester aimed at consolidating the knowledge in the economic, business, and quantitative fields acquired in the three-year degree, followed by the development of specialist skills particularly oriented towards the management and control of production processes, technological innovation, and problems ( also regulations) connected to quality certification.
The educational offering of the master's degree course in 'Economics and Communication for Management and Innovation' is, therefore, fundamentally multidisciplinary while requiring, due to the topics covered, in-depth analysis in the specific areas of the disciplines mentioned in the name.
