UsmpVirtual is committed to specializing professionals with the ability to analyze, interpret and intervene in violent and conflictive dynamics, for this it has designed a master's degree that responds to the action plan to turn said acts into a process of peace. In addition, this program gives its participants the necessary tools that allow them to adapt to our reality, thus working at all levels from the interpersonal to the global.
Develop personal skills to directly resolve the most diverse conflicts through negotiation, arbitration, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, truth commissions, dialogue tables, among other instances in which citizens and communities can interact to make their ideas, visions, needs, interests, doubts, and questions known.
Provide professionals with basic and special tools such as analysis to be able to conduct the most diverse dispute processes, providing proposals and solutions for the administration and reduction of the conflict.
