Introduction
The students of this MSc are able to synthesize relevant business analytics information and develop and use analytics tools of different types and forms to improve decisions throughout an organization. The focus is on tools and methods for data mining and description, forecasting (prediction), and decision making (prescription). Graduates with Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a strong background and interest in quantitative methods are welcomed to join the program.
Mission
This program equips graduates with key analytical methods and tools that will allow them to become leaders in data-driven decision-making. Through its theoretical and practical courses, the Master prepares students for jobs related to data and business analytics in different areas such as supply chain management, marketing, and finance. The program is designed to meet industry demand for graduates with managerial and analytics skills that are able to apply data science to tackle business challenges.
Rennes School of Business has partnered with the International School of Engineering (INSOFE) to offer M.Sc Data & Business Analytics (DBAn) as a techno-managerial twinning program.

Orientation program
The School provides an orientation program for all international students the week before classes start. Sessions are compulsory and cover applications for a residence permit, health insurance, banking, internet provider, mobile phones, bus pass, and information sessions on French culture, academic expectations, and standards.
Accommodation
Rennes School of Business helps international students to find suitable accommodation (student residence, private house, shared flat, family homestay) in the city. A residence campus for international students is available on the campus.
