The focus of this module is international trade and the exchange of goods between countries, as outsourcing of products and services and offshoring are core strategies of most companies. Students will learn to view international trade operations, including regulations and taxes, in a cross-cutting manner, with the aim of adding maximum value to the global supply chain. - Managing the Supply Chain
This module will provide an in-depth understanding of the remaining key processes in the supply chain, including the end-to-end flow of products and materials from suppliers to customers. Students will study the analysis and optimization of each activity and learn how to manage 3PL and logistics outsourcing. - Digital Supply Chain
In this module, the combination of technologies commonly used in Supply Chain Management with new Internet-related technologies applied to e-business processes will be studied. Capstone Project
At the end of your training experience, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills by tackling a real business challenge. Use your talents to identify opportunities and create a truly innovative strategy.
Tackle a real business challenge. You can choose to be part of a small team and design a marketing plan for a new business, develop a strategy to increase online sales, or create a loyalty offer for multiple generations.
You will be provided with two case studies from two real companies that will allow you to test the knowledge learned during the master's.
The Practical Challenge:

The challenge is developing in the Procurement Excellence area with the main objective of reviewing and improving procedures and standards in supplier lifecycle management, particularly in risk monitoring and audit management.
The Practical Challenge:
Bialetti, a benchmark in the coffee preparation products market, is a brand of the Bialetti Industrie SpA Group, which operates in the production and marketing of household products. The challenge consists of analyzing the current logistics service and evaluating potential different services based on market opportunities.
