Introduction
Purdue University - Mitch Daniels School of Business will create the next generation of students ready to lead, or found, great companies and transform society.
The Purdue University - Mitch Daniels School of Business will build upon Purdue’s mission as a land-grant university to make education more affordable and accessible. It comprises the Bruce White Undergraduate Institute and the Mitch Daniels School of Business Graduate Institute.
The Bruce White Undergraduate Institute results from a $50 million gift from the Dean and Barbara White Family Foundation to honor Bruce White, former Purdue Trustee and founder and chairman of White Lodging. It will provide students with greatly enhanced experiential learning opportunities, revised curricula to stay at the cutting edge of business education, and an improved understanding of the role of business in society.
The Mitch Daniels School of Business Graduate Institute honors original school benefactors Herman and Elnora Mitch Daniels School of Business. It allows students to learn in residential, online, or hybrid settings to further their careers in a vibrant ecosystem, giving them analytical and problem-solving skills to move the industry forward and change the world.
We will prioritize four foundational pillars:
- Excellence at Scale
- Integrating Business with Technology
- Transformative Learning
- Cornerstone for Business
