Program description
Professionalism in the sphere of the real estate economics in agro-industrial complex implicates in-depth study of various economic, legal and practical aspects.
The program provides learning various issues related to the operation of the main types of real estate in agro-industrial complex.
Within study process, students will have practical training at real estate enterprises. On the completion of the course, students make the Master’s thesis to demonstrate their ability to write and to analyze research papers and communicate logically.
Learning outcomes
Students will acquire knowledge of different methods of land valuation, intangible assets, machinery and equipment, securities, enterprise (business), intellectual property, as well as the peculiarities of market and legislation in the field of real estate, project management, and risk management, restructuring and etc.
