Proficient math and technical skills will help drive your success in NSU’s M.S. in Information Technology program. You’ll build on existing skills and experience to gain advanced knowledge of organizational information systems, application and security technologies, and systems infrastructure. In addition to five core courses, your curriculum will include courses in the concentration of your choice.

Program Format
Students can select to take online or on-campus classes. Online classes can be taken from anywhere in the world where Internet access is available. NSU utilizes Canvas as the learning management system to deliver online course content. On-campus classes are held on the main campus in Fort Lauderdale. Each on-campus class meets once a week from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 8-week courses are available, so you can earn your degree in 1 year.

A graduate with an M.S. in Information Technology will have the ability to:
- communicate information technology concepts, designs, and solutions effectively and professionally;
- apply knowledge of information technology to produce effective designs and solutions for specific problems;
