Create the National University of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica, and the South Atlantic Islands, which will be subject to the legal regime applicable to National Universities.

The National University of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica, and the South Atlantic Islands will be established on the basis of the transformation of the Ushuaia Headquarters of the National University of Patagonia San Juan Bosco in the Province of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica, and Islands of the South Atlantic.

The National Executive Power, through the Ministry of Education of the Nation, will constitute a Special Commission made up of ONE (1) representative of the Ministry itself, ONE (1) of the National University of Patagonia San Juan Bosco, and TWO (2) designated by the Organizing Rector, representing the National University of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and the South Atlantic Islands.
